When I arrived, the hotel was very clean, although breakfast was not included. It's conveniently located near the street, but the room, while spacious, was simply furnished. The service was excellent, friendly, and they clearly understood us, although there was a small mishap with dropping our drinks. The location was right at the highway and close to the center, but walking 10 minutes to the room felt like a joke. Dining was up to our expectations with a wide choice of food. The hotel facilities were great, offering everything we needed.

The hotel provided a pleasant stay with clean and spacious rooms, friendly service, and a convenient location close to the highway. However, the wellness changing-room was a downside.
The hotel rooms were good, big enough, and near to the street. Although the furnishings were simple, I had to hang up the phone and go out to ask the cleaning staff to stop. The service was a mix of very friendly and attentive towards arriving groups, but there were instances of extreme rudeness and unprofessional behavior. The location, while close to the main A35 road in the Czech Republic, was convenient being near the center although somewhat odd in its decor. Dining offered a good variety, especially with the addition of homemade bread. Overall, the facilities were average.
The hotel's location is amazing, right at the highway and close to the center, making it convenient for families with kids looking to enjoy the entertainment options nearby. Despite the basic rooms and the slight inconvenience of the distance from the reception, the service was excellent, especially from Michal, who was very friendly and attentive. The dining experience was mediocre, though the breakfast variety and Sunday pancakes were highlights. Overall, a value-for-money stay with a mix of positives and negatives.
